Ok, my Mummy/Mommy friends, hear me out. I empathise, I really do, but seriously for your sons, get their hair trimmed. They’re going to look like girls if hair grows past their ears. and especially if it begins to curl. I know, I know, I know, it’s their precious baby locks.
But they will appreciate the fact you didn’t let them go about looking girly when they are older. I promise.
Well, it might keep people from thinking he’s a girl when he’s dressed in camo and blue head to toe, but at the same time. His hair is absolutely adorable as it is.
Chris cut Samantha’s hair while I was out the other day. In his defense, there was something gooey in it and it was only a small clip. He got busted when he left it in the toilet and I saw a lock of hair that wasn’t mine. Good thing I trust him, eh?
Anyhow, I guess I kind of missed Samantha’s first haircut. I had to clip out a tootsie roll two days later. The downfalls of a pretty girl with long hair.
So technically she’s had her locks clipped twice, but I’m not counting those. When to cut it is totally b/w you and Mark. Where does he weigh in?
They are such pretty locks! I don’t want to cut them! But he does keep getting mistaken for a girl, it’s true. I think Mark is starting to lean toward it being time for a trim but he’s not too fussed about it. I cut Mark’s hair, and he has suggested I could cut the Bear’s too, but I am really afraid of messing it up!
I create resources to help people find deeper, more meaningful relationships with God through pursuing, pondering, and prayer. The "Shop" link above will take you to the home of many of the lovely resources I’ve created to help you keep walking one day deeper with Jesus.

I mean, What would Mark Driscoll say?! 😉
Awwww. It’s not that bad- yet. Leave those precious curls alone.
